soup the second

this next soup is the best.  it's not as easy as the previous one-- you probably don't have all the ingredients in your cupboard all the time.  at least, i don't usually have tortellini on hand.  but my mom has made this soup several times and every time i eat it i'm amazed at how incredibly flavorful it is. and i eat as much as i can possibly stuff in (which happens to be a lot these days).
